Our refund and return policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.
In order to make a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition in which it was received. It must also be in its original packaging.
Several types of goods cannot be returned. Perishable products such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. Intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases are also not accepted.

Late or missing refunds

Sale items
Only regular priced items can be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you wish to replace the item with another of the same type, please send an e-mail to {email address} and ship the item to: {physical address}.
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift recipient had the order shipped to be delivered at a later date, we will send a refund to the gift recipient who learns of your return.
