Refund policy
Our 30-day return policy provides that, after receiving an item, you have 30 days to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it, must not have been worn or used, must have all tags attached, and must be in its original packaging. Additionally, you will need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If the return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to ship the package. Items sent back without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damage and issues Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if there are defects or damages, or if you received the wrong item. This way, we can evaluate the issue and make sure to resolve it.
Exceptions / non-returnable items Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants), custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items), and personal care products (e.g., beauty products). Additionally, we do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have questions or concerns about a specific item, do not hesitate to contact us.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of promotional items or gift cards.
Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you received and, once the return is accepted, purchase the new item separately.
14-day cooling-off period for the European Union Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without having to provide any justification. As above, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it, must not have been worn or used, must have all tags attached, and must be in its original packaging. Additionally, you will need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds As soon as we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you to let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, within 10 business days you will automatically receive the refund through your original payment method. It may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
