1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing and using the website lahormiga.net and the services of La Hormiga, the user fully accepts these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the site.

3. Products and Availability La Hormiga offers creative and artisanal jewelry, unique pieces, and seasonal handmade collections. Given the artisanal nature of the products, slight chromatic and dimensional variations may occur compared to the images published online. Such variations do not constitute a product defect. Product availability is updated in real-time; if an item becomes unavailable after an order is placed, La Hormiga will contact the customer to propose an alternative or proceed with a refund.
4. Prices and Payments All prices indicated on the site include VAT, unless otherwise stated. La Hormiga reserves the right to modify prices at any time; changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed. Payments are processed through certified secure circuits (PayPal, credit/debit cards). La Hormiga does not store payment card data.
5. Orders and Confirmation The order is considered accepted upon sending the confirmation via email. La Hormiga reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in the event of pricing errors, product unavailability, or suspicion of fraudulent use.
6. Shipping Orders are processed and shipped on the same day or, at the latest, the next business morning. Delivery times depend on the courier and the destination. For full details, please refer to the Shipping Policy.
7. Intellectual Property All site content (texts, images, logos, collection designs) is the exclusive property of La Hormiga and is protected by copyright law. Reproduction, even partial, without written authorization is prohibited.
8. Limitation of Liability La Hormiga is not responsible for delivery delays attributable to the courier, for indirect damages or loss of profit arising from the use of the site, or for any service interruptions caused by force majeure events.
9. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction These Terms are governed by Italian law. For any dispute, the Court of Milan shall have jurisdiction, unless otherwise provided in favor of the consumer under the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005).
10. Changes to the Terms La Hormiga reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be published on the site and will take effect from the date of publication.
