Shipping policy

Fulfillment Times Orders are processed and shipped on the same day or at the latest the next business morning (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

Couriers Used Shipments are made through certified couriers: GLS, DHL, or UPS. The choice of courier is at the discretion of La Hormiga based on the destination and type of order.

Shipping Costs and Free Shipping Thresholds • Italy: free shipping for orders over €80. • Europe: free shipping for orders over €200. • Rest of the world: free shipping for orders over €300. For orders below these thresholds, the shipping cost will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Order Tracking Once the order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link to follow the delivery status in real time.

In-store Pickup (Click & Collect) You can choose in-store pickup at the time of online payment. The order will be ready for pickup within 4 working hours of purchase at our store located at: Via Mercato, 8 – 20125 Milan (Brera).

Failed Delivery In the event of a failed delivery due to the recipient's absence or failure to pick up within the terms provided by the courier, the costs of returning the package to the sender will be borne by the customer and may be deducted from any refund or requested before a new shipment.

International Shipments and Customs Duties For shipments outside the European Union, customs duties or import taxes may be applied by local authorities. These costs are the sole responsibility of the recipient. La Hormiga is not responsible for any delays due to customs procedures.
